DNA Health Nutritional Supplementation

The recommendations for many of the genes that are looked at involve optimisation of quantities of certain nutrients, vitamins and minerals. For example, some individuals have an increased requirement for such nutrients as folic acid, calcium, vitamin D or omega-3 fatty acids, which may require supplementation.
