Prep time: 10 mins I Servings: about 8
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup BodyBio PC
- 3 medium avocados
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 2/3 cup full-fat cottage cheese, Greek or coconut yoghurt
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, adding a little more milk if needed.
- Transfer to a bowl and enjoy immediately or allow to chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours.

Additional Notes:
- If you don’t have cottage cheese or yoghurt, you can make up for this with extra avocado.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
